Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JKDigital (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Device limits apply based on your plan tier; if you exceed your limit, your oldest active session may be signed out automatically.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

  • The Service is offered on a credit-based model. Each subscription plan includes a monthly allotment of credits; different AI models consume credits at different rates, shown as a multiplier in the model selector before you use them.
  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change with notice posted on our Pricing page.
  • Payments made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer are manually verified by our team before your plan or credits are activated. Verification is typically completed within a few hours of receiving your payment confirmation.
  • Monthly plan credits reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Wallet top-up credits, purchased separately, do not expire.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits, plan restrictions, or rate limits through automation, scripting, or exploiting bugs.
  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or system prompts of third-party AI providers in violation of their terms.
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund of unused credits.

5. Third-Party AI Providers

The Service routes your requests to third-party AI providers (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Moonshot AI). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content generated by these third-party models. AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. Subject to applicable third-party AI provider terms, you own the output generated in response to your prompts, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of that output complies with applicable law. The JKDigital name, branding, and platform software remain our property.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JKDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms periodically; we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or extended inactivity, with or without notice where permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
